In November 2014,after China Environmental Publishing Group,a central enterprise directly affiliated to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment，invested in Hubei Shuizong Water Resources Hydropower Construction Co..Ltd.，the company became an enterprise of mixed ownership with shareholding by a centrally administrated enterprise and employees.

After 7 years of development, the organization, personnel elements and various rules and regulations have been gradually established and improved. The overseas project contracting has changed from simple construction subcontracting in the past to mature EPC contracting.
