International Engineering Company was established based on the International Department established in 2015. After 7 years of development and growth, the organizational structure, personnel elements, and various rules and regulations have gradually been established and improved. The type of overseas project contracting has shifted from simple construction subcontracting to mature EPC general contracting. There are currently 26 employees and more than 11 high-level economic and technical management personnel, including 2 with senior professional titles, 2 with master's degrees, 1 with a doctoral degree, and more than 100 sets of overseas construction equipment.

THE 4MW PIAPI RIVER HYDROPOWER EPC PROJECT IN THE PHILIPPINESThis project is located in Mauban eastern coast of Luzon Island in the Philippines, where there is generally plenty of rainfall. The anticipated project duration is 3 years. The main scope of construction for the project includes: 9.7km access road, 2.5m high dam, 2.4km water intake system with 1.5m diameter steel pipes, surge tank, 415m pressure pipeline, powerhouse consisting of two 2000KW generators with a net head of 160m and a total head of 169.5m，substation, procurement, design, and installation of electro-mechanical equipment, metal structures, and overall installation. The total value of this EPC contract is estimated to be approximately USD 15 million.
PULANAI 15 MW HYDROPOWER PROJECT IN THE PHILIPPINESThe Pulanai 15 MW Hydropower Project is located in Valencia City on the Mindanao Island of the Philippines. It is a 15MW run-of-the-river hydropower project, with a contract signed in February 2023, amounting to approximately RMB 316 million, and a construction period of 30 months. This marks the third collaboration our company with the Repower Energy Development Corporation. The main construction components involve the design, procurement, and construction of the access road, dam, powerhouse, electro-mechanical equipment, and metal structures, among others.
The RESTORATION AND UP GRADATION OF SUKKUR BARRAGE PROJECT IN PAKISTAN (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)The Restoration and Upgradation of Sukkur Barrage Project in Pakistan is owned by the Sindh Irrigation Department, with project implementation and construction supervision being carried out by Mott MacDonald Limited. The project’s construction, on the other hand, is being executed by a Joint Venture between China Road and Bridge Corporation and Hubei Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Co., Ltd. The design academy of the project is credited to Changjiang Survey, Planning, Design and Research Co., Ltd. This project has a contract value of 17 billion Pakistani rupees, equivalent to approximately 91 million US dollars, and spans a contract period of 48 months. The main construction components of the project include water diversion, cofferdam, main barrage civil restoration, replacement of 56 sets of main barrage gates and lifting equipment, and installation of electrical automation equipment. Additionally, 55 sets of canal gates and their lifting equipment will be replaced and fitted with electrical automation equipment. This project marks our company’s initial foray into the Pakistani market and is therefore of profound significance.
TIMBABAN HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT PROJECT IN THE PHILIPPINESThe Timbaban Hydroelectric Power Plant is situated in Aklan Province, the Philippines, and is a water intake power station. The Philippine Oriental Energy and Power Generation Corporation is the project owner, while China International Water and Electric Corporation (CWE) is the EPC general contractor. Hubei Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Co., Ltd undertakes the construction of this project, which has a contract value of 1.4 billion Philippine pesos. The project consists of a main dam, a pressure box culvert, water diversion tunnels, pressure regulating wells, pressure steel pipes, ground-level powerhouses, tailwater channels, substations, and roads insie & outside the plant. The normal water level upstream of the main dam is 247.00 meters, the dead water level is 244.00 meters, the regulated reservoir capacity is 155,000 cubic meters, the designed flow rate is 13.7 cubic meters per second, the rated head is 154.00 meters, and the total installed capacity is 18 MW. It is expected that the annual average power generation will amount to 68.49 GWh. The project's construction began in 2015 and civil construction was completed in 2019. The project has completed trial operation under the vigilant supervision of the EPC general contractor and is currently being handed over to the project owner.
Langping County Biyu River IV Hydropower Project，YBiyu River IV Hydropower Project is a mixed development hydropower station focusing on power generation. The contract amount is 230 million yuan. The main structures of the project include river dam, water release structures and water diversion and power generation structures. The normal pool level is 2,018m, the reservoir capacity is 34.03 million m³and the total installed capacity of the power station is 100MW.
